We're looking for talented physicians to join our team as Medical Directors/Attending Physicians.

What You'll Do:

As a Medical Director/Attending Physician, you'll provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities. You'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with your patients and make a significant impact on their well-being, all while enjoying a flexible and balanced lifestyle. This position is primarily remote, with only 1-2 onsite visits required per month to facilities located in Henry, Marshall, and Robinson, Illinois.

Responsibilities:

Provide medical and procedural consultation for residents.
Advise the facility administrator on concerns and opportunities regarding the facility's scope of services and the need to develop or procure future resident care programs, medical equipment, and professional/support staff.
Be available to the facility 24/7 for emergencies.
Attend QA and/or QAPI monthly meetings (at least 10 months of the year).
Assist in the development of clinical pathways designed to improve resident care.
Assist the facility in marketing efforts as requested.
Collaborate with other attending physicians to assure the highest quality of care for residents and patients.
What You'll Bring:

Medical degree (MD or DO).
Board certification in your specialty.
Active medical license in Illinois.
Experience working in skilled nursing facilities is a plus!
Strong commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
