Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a Distribution Manager for InReach located in Lakeland, FL. The Distribution Manager is a key stakeholder within our Operations Team and will be primarily responsible for leading route operations and personnel to ensure customer satisfaction and company profitability. InReach has a full range of service lines to address different needs in a variety of spaces. From the lobby to the breakroom, from the ground floor to the top floor, and everywhere in between. InReach creates convenient, energizing environments that offer guests tasty and nutritious meals, favorite drinks, and snacks, 24/7.

What You'll Do

• Responsible for leading the daily operations of vending, micro market, and coffee routes
• Able to identify customers issues quickly, and promptly respond with appropriate communication and/or corrective action with Key Account Managers or with customers directly
• Schedules routes and manages personnel
• Ensures product pricing changes are executed
• Has overall responsibility for accurate truck inventory
• Assists with client management & retention efforts for all customer locations
• Collaborates with other departments to improve business processes and efficiencies
• Champions a safety-focused work environment to reduce/eliminate work-related accidents and injuries
• Carries out leadership responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws

What You Bring

• Preferably 5 years of relevant route experience, including at least 2 years of supervisory experience
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• An effective communicator and collaborator, with a passion for developing talent
• Must be able to demonstrate urgency and problem-solving skills, with a dedication to customer service and holding drivers accountable
• Ability to work with database inventory management software, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
• Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs. and able to perform work in outside weather conditions

Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
