Description We are looking for an organized and proactive Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Springdale, Arkansas. This Contract-to-Permanent role requires a candidate with strong accounting skills and a hands-on approach to managing financial operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in day-to-day office functions. Responsibilities: - Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections. - Oversee billing operations, including invoicing and tracking payments. - Handle collections activities with professionalism and persistence. - Utilize accounting software to manage and monitor financial transactions effectively. - Coordinate automated payroll processes, ensuring compliance and precision. - Maintain accurate financial records and reports to support decision-making. - Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency. - Collaborate with team members to address financial discrepancies and resolve issues. - Take initiative to streamline office workflows and ensure smooth operations. Requirements - Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable management. - Strong knowledge of billing and collections processes. - Proficiency in using accounting software for financial operations. - Familiarity with automated payroll systems and processes. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving. - Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members. - Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in financial tasks.
