Role Description
As a producer for the Soto Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services.
Consult customers with comprehensive financial planning and insurance options.
Assist customers with retirement planning, investment management, and insurance needs.
Stay current with market trends and product offerings.
Qualifications
3+ years of sales experience in insurance and financial services.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Licenses in Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance
FINRA Series 65 and/or 63 and/or 6 and/or SIE preferred
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
