Position Overview
Are you a dynamic, friendly, and driven professional looking for a fulfilling career in Property Management? Carlo Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Property Manager to join our vibrant 174-unit apartment community in Lake Balboa. In this full-time role, you will be the cornerstone of our community, ensuring a high-quality living experience for our residents and leading daily operations with excellence.

Key Responsibilities
As a Property Manager at Carlo Inc., you will:
  • Provide direct supervision to both maintenance and office staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Promptly address and resolve resident concerns, fostering a welcoming and supportive community environment.
  • Be on-call to respond to emergency situations, demonstrating your commitment to resident safety and satisfaction.
  • Oversee all daily property operations, including rent collections, maintaining curb appeal, resident relations and retention, showing vacant apartments, managing the unit turnover process, and ensuring all units meet company standards before occupancy.

 

What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a candidate who possesses:
  • Excellent credit history is required.
  • A minimum of two years of experience managing at least 100 conventional rental units.
  • Proven experience in leasing, sales, and customer service, with a track record of success.
  • The ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks seamlessly.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Yardi, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Calendar.
  • Exceptional communication abilities and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
  • A comprehensive understanding of Fair Housing Laws and/or California Real Estate laws as it relates to property management.
  • Clear, courteous, and polished communication with a high degree of professionalism.
  • A sense of humor and a commitment to honesty and integrity.
