Job Description

Purchasing Assistant II Location Oshkosh, WI (Marina District area) : Purchasing Assistant II Position: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Required Education: HS Diploma and/or GED Equivalent Benefits: Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, 401k Plan Duties
Checking all Purchase Order acknowledgements for any discrepancies in pricing, quantities, shipping location and ship dates.
Contacting suppliers to ensure Purchase Orders are shipping on correct dates, if they aren't problem solve on a effective and timely solution.
Inventory Management for hardware only, ensuring software system and in stock product is accurately counted for.
Releasing Purchase Orders for hardware as needed.
Helping out accounts payable for Returned Goods and resolving warehouse issues that come up.
Other duties as required
Requirements:
Hardware knowledge preferred
Previous experience in purchasing preferred but not required
Ability to work independently with minimal direction
Ability to problem solve in a timely manner
Team player
