Now Hiring: Roofing Superintendent (Phoenix, AZ)
We are a well-established and fast-growing roofing company seeking a Roofing Superintendent to oversee residential and/or commercial projects in the Phoenix area. If you're an experienced leader with a strong background in roofing and construction site management, this is an excellent opportunity to grow with a respected team.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all on-site roofing activities
Manage crews, subcontractors, and scheduling to ensure timely project completion
Conduct quality control inspections and enforce safety protocols
Communicate effectively with project managers, customers, and inspectors
Ensure compliance with all building codes, company standards, and local regulations
Order and track materials, tools, and equipment as needed
Resolve issues on-site to keep projects on track and on budget
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in roofing or construction supervision
Deep knowledge of roofing systems (shingle, tile, flat, etc.)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple job sites and crews
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
OSHA certification preferred, but not required
