ChristianaCare's Medical Group is looking to hire a Full Time Site Manager to support the following practices: Neurology, Pulmonary, Cardiology, Oncology, Endocrinology in our new site in Lewes, DE.As a site manager you would be managing 10-15 support caregivers in total ensuring that the daily activities and workflows of the clinics and programs are being followed. The area has 10 exam rooms with potential to grow.The leader will provide front-line direction and problem-solving, serves as the first accountable leader when expectations are not being met, and will provide assistance and support to the team to create an environment for caregivers to provide high quality care to their patients.Work ScheduleMondays to Fridays: 8a - 5pNo weekends or holidays.On-site position in Lewes, DE.Key Responsibilities:Completes Check-ins and Annual Performance Evaluations of assigned caregivers (MAs, OAs)Provides on-site support and direction for daily problem-solving of associate, patient, and provider concerns.Monitors and coaches front desk caregivers (OAs) to ensure that standard operating procedures and workflows are being followed related to registration, phone management, scheduling, and copay collection activities.Conducts daily charge and cash reconciliations in accordance with established policies and procedures. Ensures that supply levels are maintained to support the activities of the clinic. Monitors and coach's non-provider caregivers to ensure that standard operating procedures and workflows are being followed related to rooming patients, data collection, documentation, and all other assigned activities in support of high-quality patient care.
