We’re looking for a **creative and technically skilled 3D Animator** to bring complex ideas to life through motion graphics and animation for our educational, marketing, and product content.
### **Role Summary**
As our 3D Animator, you will be responsible for creating short, compelling animations for use in explainer videos, social media reels, training content, and executive presentations. You’ll work with our content, marketing, and instructional design teams to turn abstract ideas (like Agile frameworks, organizational change, and digital transformation) into clear, dynamic animations.
### **Key Responsibilities**
* Create 3D animations to visualize abstract frameworks, customer journeys, and agile processes
* Develop animated assets for use in training videos, YouTube content, landing pages, and social posts
* Animate characters, objects, environments, and data-driven visuals
* Work from scripts, storyboards, or voiceovers to guide animation style and pacing
* Collaborate with our design, branding, and content teams to maintain consistent visual standards
* Render animations in platform-optimized formats (e.g., YouTube, Reels, LinkedIn)
