Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our team at Western Sizzlin. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that tables are kept clean and organized. You will also be responsible for handling cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they enter the restaurant and seat them at their table
• Take orders and serve food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner
• Check in with customers throughout their meal to ensure that they are satisfied with their experience
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Keep the dining area clean and organized, including setting and clearing tables
• Assess customer needs and make recommendations as needed
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Server or in a customer service role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
